Pakistan's DAP sales rose 49.2% year on year to 342,000 tonnes in October 2021, according to NFDC data. Domestic DAP prices rose 6.6% month on month to Rs6,917 per 50 kg bag, and international DAP was quoted at US$626-670/t fob Australia and US$635-638/t in China.
Strong offtake amid rising prices and tight supply signals firm phosphate demand in Pakistan, supporting import prices for DAP into the Rabi season.
