Mosaic's government affairs executive says phosphate prices are driven by supply shortages, including China's export restrictions. He adds that the US countervailing duties on Moroccan and Russian fertilizer have not yet affected US phosphate prices.
The NCGA is pressing Mosaic to lift the tariffs.
