Indonesia expanded its domestic market obligation to cover all palm oil products, with the requirement taking effect Feb 15 before exporters can obtain export permits. The trade ministry said the rule followed the January 27 mandate that set aside 20% of crude palm oil shipments for local buyers to curb high cooking oil prices.
