USDA reported private exporters sold 159,000 metric tons of corn for delivery to Mexico in the 2021/22 marketing year. The release is part of the routine export sales reporting program.
Sales to Mexico are a small share of US corn export commitments, so the weekly figure has little price effect on its own.
