GrainTrade reports world wheat quotes recovered last week on speculation of frost in US winter wheat areas. Ukrainian port exports fell about a third week on week due to shelling of energy infrastructure and port blackouts, and Ukrainian food-wheat purchase prices fell to $215-225/t.
Lower Black Sea port throughput and falling Ukrainian export prices tighten logistics for wheat exports, while US frost risk adds modest upside to wheat values.
