Four 25-metric-ton lots of physical crude palm oil traded at 11,305 rupiah per kg as Indonesia's ICDX exchange opened. The shipments are for delivery to Dumai, Sumatra, in 15 days.
The first physical trades on the new Indonesian exchange give an early local price benchmark, but volumes are small and the effect on global palm prices is limited for now.
