Ukrainian sunseed harvest reached 16% of area by September 5 with a yield of 1.78 t/ha. Sunflower oil port prices rose $10 to $920-930 per tonne and sunmeal rose $5 to $190-195 per tonne.
Weak yields and firmer oil and meal prices support sunflower complex values, but growing rapeseed and soybean meal supply may limit further meal gains.
