The Global Crop Monitor reports that as of November 28, crop conditions were favourable for maize, rice and soybeans and mixed for wheat. It notes excessive wet conditions in parts of Bangladesh, the Philippines and Malaysia.
Favourable global conditions point to ample supply of corn and soybeans, which is bearish for prices, while mixed wheat conditions give limited support.
