Russia's Agriculture Ministry set the February 2025 sunflower oil export duty at 17,786 rubles per tonne, up 10.7% from January. The sunflower meal duty falls to 3,889 rubles per tonne from 4,772 rubles.
A higher oil duty and lower meal duty shift Russian export incentives toward meal, which may ease meal supply pressure while keeping oil export costs high.
