India agreed with Morocco's OCP to import 1.6 million tons of DAP and 800,000 tons of TSP for February to December 2025 shipments after an RCF tender failed to attract offers. Ethiopia also issued a tender for 540,390 tons of DAP closing February 20, and China's export restrictions remain in place.
