COCERAL's second 2026 forecast puts the EU-27+UK total grain crop at 298.8 million tonnes, below the 310.5 million harvested in 2025. Wheat is seen at 142.6 million tonnes, barley at 59.3 million, and corn recovering to 60.7 million tonnes.
A smaller total grain crop than last year tightens European feed grain supply, though the corn recovery partly offsets the decline and keeps prices supported modestly.
