Traders stick with ECB rate-hike bets as oil touches $100 once more

Traders kept bets on an ECB rate hike in September after Brent-linked crude touched $100 for the first time in nearly two months. Yemen's Houthis said they struck two Saudi oil tankers, widening disruption to shipping through the Red Sea and Strait of Hormuz.
