The dollar edged lower as traders awaited a batch of US releases including the first look at Q2 GDP and June inflation, after a split Fed decision. EUR/USD was near 1.1477, GBP/USD near 1.3388 and USD/JPY eased to 162.80 ahead of a BoJ statement.
