USDA's Grain Transportation Report for the week ending December 28, 2024 showed 945,000 tons of grain moving south through Mississippi River System locks, the largest weekly volume of 2024. Corn movements hit 500,000 tons and soybeans 410,000 tons, driven by rising export sales.
