Indonesia's government is considering revising the 7.5% crude palm oil export levy to improve competitiveness against other vegetable oils. Officials said reviews will occur every three or six months, with possible changes expected next year.

A cut to the export levy would make Indonesian palm oil cheaper abroad and could lift export flows, while a rise would support domestic supply and biodiesel funding, moving palm oil prices either way.
