Severe flooding in northern Buenos Aires province, with rainfall of 150 to 250 mm and over 260 mm in some areas, has delayed the 2024/25 soybean harvest. About 730,000 hectares remain unharvested, and the Buenos Aires Grains Exchange warned of possible permanent crop damage.
