Argentina completed its 2024/25 soybean harvest at 50.3 million tonnes, up 100,000 tonnes from the prior season, according to the Buenos Aires Grains Exchange. Corn harvest was 61.7% complete with output expected at 49 million tonnes, and 78.2% of the planned 2025/26 wheat area had been planted amid cold weather.
Near-final Argentine soy and corn output confirms large export supplies for soymeal and soyoil, which weighs on global prices. Cold weather benefiting the wheat crop supports a normal development outlook for the 2025/26 crop.
