U.S. natural gas futures jumped more than 10% to their highest level in over a week on forecasts for colder-than-normal weather. Refinitiv projected heating degree days well above the 30-year average, and gas demand including exports was expected to climb sharply.
Freeport LNG's possible partial return was also cited as bullish.
