Ukrainian sea ports exported 639,900 tonnes of grain in the week to February 3, down from 705,000 tonnes a week earlier, with corn the largest component. Russia's season-to-date grain exports reached 22.746 million tonnes by February 2, up 1.2 percent year on year, and Russian sea ports shipped 375,400 tonnes in the prior week.
Weekly Black Sea export pace is a routine indicator of supply availability; the modest year-on-year gains in Russian exports keep wheat and corn supplies ample and limit price upside.
