US wheat futures were mixed, with CBOT September SRW down 6 cents and KC HRW up 3.5 cents. Bangladesh approved an initial purchase of 220,000 tons of US wheat, and Sovecon raised its Russian export forecast to 43.3 million tons.
The Bangladesh purchase supports US wheat demand, while the upgraded Russian export forecast adds competing supply. The net effect is limited price movement in US wheat.
