USDA's April 10 WASDE raised U.S. wheat carryover on June 1, 2018 to 1,064 million bushels, while lowering soybean carryover and raising corn carryover. Wheat carryover rose 30 million bushels on lower feed and residual use, above trade expectations.
Higher U.S. wheat stocks add to supply and weigh on wheat prices. A smaller soybean carryover supports soybean prices, and the corn change was close to trade estimates.
