Gold dips after Yellen rate hike hints lift dollar

Gold fell as Fed Chair Yellen signaled rates could rise sooner, lifting the dollar to a 3.5-week high. Spot gold was about $1,226.70 an ounce, and futures implied around a 30 percent chance of three hikes this year.
