Russia plans to keep setting fertilizer export quotas through the winter 2022 and spring 2023 sowing campaigns, according to Deputy Prime Minister Abramchenko. The quotas cover nitrogen and complex nitrogen fertilizers, and Russia also said it will monitor food exports to hostile countries.
