Corn, soybeans and wheat suffered heavy losses on November 30, 2021 in a broad selloff tied to concerns that the Omicron variant could slow the global economy. Wheat fell more than 4% in some contracts, corn about 2.25% and soybeans about 1.75%.
Crude oil fell more than 5% below $67 per barrel, and diesel dropped nearly 4%.
