ICE canola futures closed higher on Friday, supported by the Canada-China tariff agreement, spillover from MATIF rapeseed and Chicago soy, and a stronger Canadian dollar. Canadian canola exports for the week were 288,200 tonnes, but cumulative exports remain nearly 1.9 million tonnes below last year.
Improving canola exports and firmer futures reflect the easing of Chinese tariffs, though cumulative shipments still lag year-ago levels. Soyoil and crude strength also support vegetable oil prices.

ICE canola rallied on the Canada-China tariff agreement, soy spillover and a firmer Canadian dollar, directly lifting the canola complex into the window.
