Rice export prices across Asia were little changed over the week, while trading in Vietnam's Mekong Delta was quiet and domestic rice prices were largely stable. Fresh paddy prices in the region rose by 100–400 dong/kg during the week.
The modest farmgate increase could lend some support to Vietnamese paddy values, but stable export offers and sluggish trade suggest limited immediate price pressure in the wider rice market.
