Mekong Delta fresh paddy prices for fragrant varieties OM18 and Dai Thom 8 were quoted at 6,600–6,800 VND/kg on November 7, with the lower end 100 VND/kg higher than the prior reported range. Demand was better for paddy nearing harvest in An Giang, but buying and selling remained slow in many other areas.
