Fauji Fertilizer Company raised prices by Rs. 54 per bag for all Sona Urea variants on November 7, following Engro Fertilizers’ Rs.
50-per-bag increase a day earlier. The increases come as Pakistan’s industry urea sales rose about 5% in January–September 2026 year over year, while industry inventories stood at 649,000 tons at the end of September.
Higher sales and seasonal demand are supporting fertilizer pricing despite existing inventories. The reported hikes point to firmer domestic urea prices for Pakistani buyers.
