CF Industries reported third-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $833 million and about $3.0 billion for the first nine months of 2026, with ammonia capacity utilization at 97% year to date. Management expects nitrogen fertilizer supply-demand conditions to remain constructive into 2027, citing Middle East disruptions that it estimates removed about 9 million tonnes of urea supply, European capacity curtailments and low inventories.
