The blue dollar in Mendoza ended Friday unchanged at 1,560 pesos per dollar, while the official bank selling rate was 1,571.95 pesos. The report also put the MEP rate at 1,580.17 pesos and the contado con liquidación rate at 1,681.20 pesos.
The unchanged local exchange rates imply no new immediate currency shock to Argentine feed import costs or the peso value of commodity exports.
