Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, a subsidiary of Laureate Education in Peru, acquired all of the capital stock of Universidad de Ciencias y Artes de América Latina. The approximately $35 million deal includes campus real estate valued at about $25 million, and the campus serves nearly 2,500 students.
