Third-quarter reports from Nutrien and Mosaic show potash prices stabilising, with no year-on-year increase and some segments slightly lower. Nutrien's average North American potash price was $310 per tonne, and it forecasts global potash supply of 74-77 million tonnes this year, rising to 75-79 million in 2027.
Stable producer pricing and a growing supply outlook suggest potash costs will stay flat, giving feed and crop input buyers little price pressure from this input.
