The USDA AMS released its Louisiana and Texas Export Bids report on November 4, 2026, showing Gulf basis mostly unchanged for corn, soybeans and wheat. Flat prices moved slightly, with current corn bids averaging about $5.37 per bushel and current soybean bids averaging about $13.07 per bushel.
Routine export bid data shows little change in Gulf Coast competitiveness. Prices are only modestly moved, so this is routine price commentary with no new cause.
