As of early November 2026, Ukrainian farmers had harvested 17.4 million tonnes of oilseeds, including more than 10 million tonnes of sunflower seed. Sunflower harvesting was 89% complete on 4.64 million hectares, averaging 2.22 tonnes per hectare.
The soybean harvest was 93% threshed at 3.22 million tonnes, with total output expected near 4 million tonnes according to the Ministry of Agriculture.
