Russian poultry producers are raising chicken meat prices after a period of low prices from oversupply in September 2025. Output reached 4.9 million tonnes live weight from January to September 2026, fully meeting domestic needs, while chicken-wing exports to China have fallen.
Stable Russian domestic supply limits import demand for chicken and feed ingredients, so the price effect on global feed markets is small. Reduced wing exports to China add mild downward pressure on that niche.
