ICE canola futures fell to three-month lows on Tuesday, with the January contract closing down C$6.90 at C$781.80 per tonne after trading between C$775.00 and C$790.80. Chart-based selling was cited as a main driver of the decline.
Lower canola prices reduce the cost of canola meal for feed buyers, but the move was driven mainly by technical selling rather than a new supply or demand shift, so the outlook remains uncertain.
