The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas daily reference rate eased to ₱63.672 per dollar on 3 November from ₱63.852. The central bank raised its policy rate to 5.50% on 22 October, not on 3 November, and no new policy decision moved the currency that day.
The move is a routine reference-rate change with no new policy cause, so it has little direct effect on feed-ingredient prices. Buyers paying in dollars see a marginally cheaper peso cost.

Moves of each commodity's benchmark from the last close before the event. Historical reads pool past events of the same kind; they describe what happened, not what will. Not investment advice.
