A stronger dollar improved Brazilian soybean competitiveness and lifted soybean and corn prices, while limited supply pushed black bean prices to a two-year nominal high and kept cassava rising for a fourth straight month.
A weaker real supports Brazilian soybean and corn export parity, which tightens domestic availability and supports feed grain prices. Limited buyer activity in corn, however, caps how much of the recovery reaches physical prices.
