China's Chemical Product Price Index closed at 5,549 points on October 30, up 1.3% over the week of October 26-30. Propylene, butadiene and polypropylene led the gains, while sulfur at ports, hydrogen peroxide and natural rubber fell.
Oil-price support lifted propylene costs, but tight supply and higher downstream costs are expected to cap further gains. This is a routine chemical market wrap with little direct impact on feed ingredient prices.
