Mekong Delta rice prices were broadly stable on 3 November, with domestic broken rice up 300 VND/kg to 10,300-10,600 VND/kg. Thai 5% and 100% broken rice were quoted at $475-479 and $407-411 per tonne, and Indian 5% was at $385-389.
Higher Vietnamese and Thai broken rice quotes signal firming Asian prices, though the stable tone and slow trading limit the move. Indian quotes remain the cheapest origin.
