Triveni Engineering shares rose 9% on 3 November after it reported a Q2 FY27 net profit of 94 crore rupees, compared with an 11 crore rupee loss a year earlier. Revenue grew 8.4% to 1,731 crore rupees, helped by higher sugar prices, alcohol sales and DDGS volumes, and short-term debt fell sharply.
The results are a company-specific equity event with little effect on global feed commodity supply or prices. Better DDGS realisations are a minor positive for feed suppliers.
