The TÜRİB electronic exchange bulletin for 26-30 October 2026 showed the bread wheat index down 3.22% on the week, with the bread wheat price falling from 17.75 TL/kg to 16.90 TL/kg by Friday. The barley index rose 1.40%, and the corn price was little changed at about 15.27 TL/kg.
Weaker Turkish bread wheat with firmer barley changes the relative cost of grains for Turkish feed millers. Single-week moves in a domestic exchange index have limited effect on world prices.
