USDA Agricultural Marketing Service data showed mixed wholesale egg prices in its October 30 2026 Egg Markets Overview. Benchmark quotes for graded loose white Large eggs rose 7 cents to 35 cents per dozen, while Midwest delivered prices held at 54 cents.
Shell egg inventories were reported higher, with Large class stocks 11 percent above the prior week.
Rising egg inventories point to softer wholesale egg prices in the near term, which has limited direct effect on feed grain demand. Egg layer flock trends can still affect demand for feed ingredients such as corn and soybean meal over time.
