The State Bank of Vietnam held its central USD/VND reference rate at 25,631 dong per dollar. Commercial banks listed selling rates up to about 25,985 dong, with some falling slightly versus the previous session.
The free-market rate was quoted near 26,000 buying and 26,050 selling.
