Bank Indonesia posted November 2 USD transaction rates of Rp18,047.31 to buy and Rp18,228.69 to sell, with a midpoint of Rp18,138.00. The midpoint matches the JISDOR benchmark from October 30, which the bank uses as its reference for USD transaction rates.
This is a technical note on how the central bank's published rate is set rather than a new market move, so it has little direct effect on feed prices. Buyers pricing Indonesian imports should still note the rupiah level near 18,100 per dollar.

Moves of each commodity's benchmark from the last close before the event. Historical reads pool past events of the same kind; they describe what happened, not what will. Not investment advice.
