Crude palm oil prices are expected to rebound in November 2026 on higher year-end (Christmas and New Year) import demand, after recent pressure from oversupply concerns and weaker global vegetable oil prices. On Bursa Malaysia Derivatives, CPO fell about 1.5% toward MYR 4,600 per tonne last week, extending a decline since mid-October to its lowest level.
Seasonal restocking ahead of the holidays could support palm oil and competing vegetable oils, while continued oversupply limits the upside. Palm oil is a substitute for soybean oil in feed and food fats, so its price moves feed into feed fat costs.
