Ever.ag analysts said their May 2024 dairy forecast lowers near-term cheese and whey values in the Class III complex by a few cents and cuts nonfat dry milk forecasts by up to a dime. They raised their butter forecast for individual months in 2024 by 15 to 25 cents.
