Hong Kong's Centre for Food Safety suspended poultry meat and egg imports from Kittitas County, Washington, after WOAH reported a highly pathogenic H5N1 outbreak there. Hong Kong imported about 33,270 tonnes of poultry meat from the US in the first nine months of the year.
