The Nezhin Mining and Processing Plant has produced about 400,000 tonnes of potash fertilizer since its first commercial output in September 2025, and the product has found buyers on export markets. Lukashenko said the plant should finish on schedule, though commissioning and acceptance work is still ongoing.
