JKM and TTF spot LNG prices rose last week, with JKM climbing to the low-USD 34s/MBtu on 30 October and TTF reaching USD 34.0/MBtu. Colder forecasts, low European storage and renewed Middle East supply concerns supported prices, though weak Northeast Asian spot demand capped gains earlier in the week.
Henry Hub also gained after the rollover to December delivery despite mild US weather.
Higher LNG benchmarks raise the cost of gas-based nitrogen fertiliser and power for feed mills, which can squeeze margins for feed producers. The gains are mostly a routine weekly price update rather than a new supply shock.
